Here are some suggestions to ensure you can receive an email.
Check all your email folders. Including the Spam, Junk, and Promotions folder.
Search for the email address you are trying to send to and make sure it is active.
Search for the email campaign report for the email address you are trying to send to and make sure it was on the recipients’ list for the email campaign.
Check to see if the FROM email address domain is the not same as the recipient. Typically the recipient email server will reject this knowing the email didn’t originate on its own server. For example, the from email address: me@mydomain.com Recipient email: someone_else@mydomain.com
It’s recommended that the from address domain has custom domain authentication in place, which can help with delivery to other emails on the same domain, as well as maintain better deliverability in the long run.
Try sending from a different FROM email address domain.
You can also contact your email provider to add an SPF record or whitelist our sending IPs.
Provide your email log to your email provider for the email address you are trying to send to.
Check security/antispam settings for the email address you’re trying to send to and add the FROM email address as a Safe Sender.
Request from your email provider whitelist our outgoing IP addresses.
